First of if your going to this jcpenney salon at oak park mall you have chosen the best salon in the area! Amanda Spring is amazing! She does exactly what you want done! She is very reasonable also!updos ,color,haircuts,highlights ect! She also does outstanding brows!ask for her!

I arrived at Penney's on 3/2 ready to purchase a Seiko watch for my son's birthday. I asked the saleslady to explain the two round dials in the face of the watch and she said she "did not know what they were for". I was surprised she was in fine jewelry, with no knowledge and unimpressive people skills. I asked if there would be a little discount since she would be selling me the watch in the case and she said absolutely no. I took my business elsewhere. You need to do better Penney's. I am very disappointed. I then went to Macy's and they went the "extra mile" to get the watch I wanted. To Penney's: please put employees with good diction and personality who know how to sell. i enjoy shopping at JCPenney for the most part but i wish they had better selections for the petite sizes. Older people arent the only people that ware petite clothes.

I shop at JC Penney's for their great selection of clothes in a variety of sizes. They also have a great selection of home furnishing. We got our mini blinds and a good price.
