      Fiorella's Jack Stack Barbecue was founded in 1957 by the Fiorella family in the traditional style of a storefront barbecue house. Today, the restaurant has evolved from the typical barbecue house and expanded into one of the largest, full-service wood cookeries in the industry. It serves a variety of lunch and dinner items. The restaurant s menu features onion rings, hickory-roasted meat, barbecued strawberry hill polish sausage, ribs, seafood and hickory-barbecued beans. It also offers private dining for various events and family celebrations, such as business gatherings, seminars and wedding rehearsal dinners. The restaurant additionally has a catering division and offers take-out options. It also sells gift cards, apparel, sauces, grocery products, gift items and rubs. Fiorella's Jack Stack Barbecue has locations in Kansas City, Mo. and Overland Park, Kan.
