This place is outstanding. I've been coming in for years. They have insanely low prices on used laptops and desktops, and a growing fleet of Apple machines. It's one of easiest places to find an older or unusual part without having to dig through Microcenter's massive sprawl. The sales and service teams are outstanding. Come here to avoid the hassle.

Will never deal with them again.they gave me one price and when I came to pick up my laptop the price became twice higher.plus the repair cost was almost like a new laptop.do not recommend anyone to use them.

I got a quote from Geek Squad for several hundred dollars to replace a motherboard. Took my computer to Hypertech for a 2nd opinion and found out that one of my sticks of RAM had become unseated. 15$ and a day later, I have a working PC! I will always take my electronics to Hypertech in the future. Boo Best Buy, Hooray for Hypertech! Hypertech FTW!

i went to hypertech the other day to pick up a part for my pc after talking to the sales people i ended up getting a new system after upgrading my junker it still wont be as good as the one i bought and would of spent almost the same price there sales team is very knowledable i would recommend them to any one who wants the honest answer

Great experience. After Best Buy told me that my laptop had a bad motherboard, I took it here. One day and $25 later they had the problem fixed. Their staff was very helpfull, great technicians, and above all, they were HONEST!

Ohhhh..... Just got my new PC from Hypertech and BOY!!! Do these guys know how to build a MACHINE! Benchmarks are higher than anything I've ever seen and my friends are Jelous! Thank you Hypertech!

I would recommend this place to everyone that I Know. I have just purchased a brand new laptop there and the price was very reasonable, the staffs are knowledgeable as well! I feel very comfortable going to hypertech because they'll never try to over sell you, instead only sell you according to what you really need! They also have a great rate for onsite services to your home, the job was done in less then a hour. Thank you hypertech!

Great shopping experience ! Staffs are courteous and professional. I sent in my laptop for virus removal and power jack repair. Both were done up to my expection and in timly manner. Great to see the quality services they provided

Do not use these people. I bought a lap top (Brand new HP) from them and they only gave me a 60 day warranty even though it was right of the box. When it had a bug and I took it to them, they said it needed a special order part and HP wouldn't warranty it, then I called HP and they said they would take care of it.



Then I took my Playstation 3 into them for a new blue-ray drive. They said they would fix it for $200 something. Well the drive was defective, they were unable to get a new one. And refunded my money at $130. Now I can't find a blue ray drive and WHEN I CALLED PLAYSTATION TO SEND IT IN, THEY WONT TOUCH IT BECAUSE HYPERTECH IS NOT LISCENCED REPAIR CENTER.



I am not the only one who had this misfortune with them. Heed my warning, their service is unnerving, they don't follow back up with the customer, and they have crappy customer service skills. Do not use these people.

I have lived in a few different locations in the KC metro area and tried several repair centers when either my laptop or desktop has a problem. Hypertech is by far the most experienced and knowledgeable that I have been to by far. Their technicians are without a doubt the best I have ever spoken with. I would highly suggest checking them out next time your computer has an issue.
