If you have a choice over locations, don't work with this location. For whatever reason, they have been dragging their feet for months and months. I have a small child that needs orthotics and they are doing everything they can to delay the delivery of the necessary equipment. When we told them we were going through a government program instead of our own insurance, they told us we'd have to have the child would grow and have to be refitted before we received the product. We heard this and have done everything on our part and have worked with the agency to make sure they were doing their part only to find that the staff at this location is repeatedly dropping the ball. Clearly they don't want to help us. I'm not sure what they have against this agency, but it's very unprofessional to take it out on my child.
