I had about $1000 worth of work done on my wife's car. (Brakes, rotors, front tires, couple wheel studs). I specifically told them I want the news tires to match. They are not even close. Very trashy looking and the shop has zero care that I am unhappy about it. The tires size matches so they think it's the same tire. Literally all they know about tires. Also damages the wires on her O2 sensor and refuse to take responsibility. Super amateur and obtuse people. Doug, the store manager, is the worse of the bunch. Which explains why the shop is so bad. If you have any care for your car, do not take it here.

these people are scam artists. don't believe a thing they say. if their lips are moving..they are lying. i purchase 4 new tires for $941. A little higher than i would normally pay, but they promised free rotation every 5k miles (if you don't,it voids your warranty) and that would get me some tires i could depend on for 60k± miles.



so i go in on a Saturday for my first rotation...just under the 5k miles. they didn't have time to fit me in, but did schedule me an appointment for 4 o'clock the next Tuesday. the man said it would take 30 minutes or less. i took off an hour and a half early from work and was there at 3:59. all 4 the bays were empty, but the place was full. i gave them my keys and sat down. 40 minutes later, they hadn't even started. That's how they treat customers once they already have your money....you go to the end of the line. i came in TWICE to their store for my rotation, gave up 1.5 hours off my paycheck, and didn't get my rotation because i had to leave for an other appointment at 5. if you want to be lied to, given the runaround and treated like your time is worth nothing, this is the place to come.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!! Would be the biggest automotive mistake you could make. Complete Criminals!

I manage a fleet of vehicles and have used many different shops and this place should be shut down due to their shady practices. Will falsely report problems. Will provide unauthorized services and demand payment to get your car back.



Please.....please do not let them do this to you too.

I usually go to the one on 63rd street, but I was closer to 79th. Everyone was very professional and took the time to explain what was wrong with my car several times!!!!
