Holistic Nutrtion Consulting focuses on the nutritional goals of the client and goes a step further in addressing the whole person physically, emotionally and spiritually if desired. Diaphragmatic Breath Coaching is body work involving the chakras that impacts the client physiologically, emotionally and spiritually. The benefits of this work are numerous. Better athletic performance, stress relief and management, freedom of repressed emotions and improved blood pressure are just a few examples of client's feedback from this breathing experience.
