She responds quickly to emails and phone calls, and updated us often about our planning progress. Her Trip Plans app was also a fantastic resource to have that you can access offline. We worked with Haley for my daughter's senior trip for Christmas 2019. We had narrowed down our destination to Dominican Republic, but had never planned a trip out of the country, and didn't want to regret anything by not using a professional. We were so impressed working through the process with her, as well as the additional information she provided for travelling to/from and while on the island. Our family of 8 wanted to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday in Alaska. We spent many hours researching what and where to go, but were overwhelmed with all of the options. A friend recommended Haley Davis, owner of Destinations HD. From the very first phone call, I was impressed with Haley and her enthusiasm to help us create the perfect trip. We did not want to take a cruise so we worked with her on arranging a tour of our own. We flew into Anchorage, drove to Seward and spent 2 nights, drove to Homer and spent 2 nights, drove back to Anchorage and took the train to Denali where we spent 2 nights. She helped arrange all of our excursions from taking a helicopter to a glacier to dog sled, kayaking on Resurrection Bay, taking the Kenai Fjords Cruise, a full day of fishing in Homer, the dome car train to Denali, an ATV tour of Denali and a motorcoach back to Anchorage. Her detailed itinerary was SO helpful with reminders to check in early on excursions, where to be and what time, what to wear and bring, etc. She even arranged a birthday surprise for my husband at two of the hotels!! We highly recommend Haley for all of your future travel plans!!

Haley Davis helped us plan our 10th wedding anniversary trip to Tahiti. We don't usually use the services of a travel agent, but this time we weren't comfortable making all of the arrangements ourselves. Haley was fantastic! She provided us with several options to choose from and took care of every last detail for us. Our accommodations were just perfect. She took care of the smallest of details, such as telling us which side of the plane to sit on for the best view, exactly where to locate ATM machines to obtain cash on the islands, and what menu items she recommends at certain restaurants. She checked in on us a few times while we were traveling just to make sure everything was going okay. We were able to truly enjoy the trip of a lifetime and didn't have to worry about anything. We will use her services again when we have our next big trip to plan and we certainly recommend her!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Haley! We were going on vacation for a wedding in Mexico! The bride set everything up with Haley. Haley would always send us important information we needed to know! As we got closer we would get weekly emails about everything! She set up all the transportation to and from the hotel. We got in the mail all our travel documents we needed and a little black pouch to keep it all in!! The resort we stayed at now Sapphire was absolutely breath taking and we can't wait to go back! We will def. be using Haley in the future for all our travel needs!

I stumbled across Haley and Destinations HD via posts on multiple wedding boards. When I started looking into her more, I found so many amazing reviews. Now I get to be one of those amazing reviews!! This was the first time I have ever used a travel agent. I am generally the “do it yourself”, “find the cheapest way” type of person, so I was really stepping out of my comfort zone. I was immediately put to ease the very first time I talked with her! Haley is so sweet, and you can tell that she loves what she does! She is a people pleaser in every sense of the word! She took care of every little detail of our trip! There were many times I would think of a question, shoot her an email in the evening, and 9 times out of 10, I had an answer or response that night! She gave our honeymoon so much attention, all we had to do was show up! I can’t say enough great things about Haley and Destinations HD! I was thoroughly impressed with Haley Davis' organization and professionalism throughout the process. We all appreciated everything she did for us to make our wedding as enjoyable and stress free as possible. She provided weekly communications to the group leading up to the event with everything from travel notices to travel tips to recommendations and other things that made our life much easier. The service surpassed my expectations and definitely beat my past experiences with travel agencies. We had an amazing time all around and definitely noticed the difference Haley made in each phase. Booking with Destinations HD was by far the simplest and most accommodating travel experience I've ever had! She was able to coordinate between us and the other couple we were traveling with to make our trip and relaxing as possible. We loved that she could provide great travel tips and insight on our specific resort and also the destination. I feel like we were able to take advantage of so many different travel perks that we didn't/wouldn't have even thought about (or known about) had we tried to book the trip ourselves. This was the first time using a travel agent and we 100% agree that we will never book another trip without her again! They were amazing!!!

Haley made planning my destination wedding a breeze! I was vastly overwhelmed by all the beautiful beach resorts I was finding online and Haley helped me narrow down my options based upon my wants/needs/price for my wedding abroad.
