      Business History
      I created Destinations HD after using a travel agent for a few personal vacations, including my Destination Beach Wedding in Puerto Vallarta. I had never been out of the country before and my agent just emailed a confirmation and sent a hand written note saying "thank you for your business". I knew I could provide a higher level of service that would include more than just a confirmation number, so after leaving my corporate position in 2009, I made the leap and created my own travel agency. I designed the concept of a travel concierge that would enhance experiences by providing detailed information on what to expect upon arrival, how to go through customs/immigration, where to find your transfer driver, if any tourism tax is required when you arrive/depart, tours or sights around the area to not miss, travel tips from years of experience to make your life easier, & much more!
