DONT PAY TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE FOR A DAY. RUDE OWNERS, ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND SKILLS. I was extremely upset after leaving Bebe nails and dealing with the extremely rude owner of the salon. On the previous Saturday, I had gone in to get a full set of Acrilic nails, after waiting 45 min I was sat down with a woman who spoke nearly no English. Because of this, she did not understand what I was asking for and did my nails wrong; I did not complain and paid full price for the nails. After having my nails on for a day and a half, two of the Acrilic nails had broken off and ripped my nail off with it. I went back to the nails re-glued and the women said the nails were done incorrectly the first time. The next morning, two more nails had come off, including the one that were re-glued the night before. I went back to the salon twice more in the next day to get the nails glued back on. After most of the nails had fallen off, I decided to get them removed, which I had gotten done before at Bebe. I was sat down with a bowl of acetone and never had anyone attend to my nails, as they usually do and charge $10 for. At this point, I was very upset over my nails and the horrible customer service that I had been given over the days I had gone in. I told the business owner that I wanted a full refund and explained to her what had happened. She asked me who had done my nails and called the woman over to speak with us. Both of the women played dumb the entire time and acted like they had no idea who I was, even though I had been in the salon about 4 times in 3 days to get nails fixed. I remaind calm the entire time and the salon owner treated me very rudely. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT PAY MONEY FOR RUDE SERVICE AND ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE NAILS.

The used cheap 1.99 nail polish from target on my nails. And before they made my friend wait 40 mins before starting . She kept messing up and no clear coat on top either... Ugh

I have gone here for years. Ask for Thomas (at the front) because there are 2 Thomas's and he's the best (and the mgr.) They are very accommodating and reasonable in prices.
