Not recommended. I was with them a number of years, and always paid yearly instead of monthly. When my computer quit (and I didn't want to buy the computers they had... and went searching for what I wanted)...I called them and told them not to charge me for internet service since I was not using it. I finally found a new computer..several months later, while trying to operate my own business...and they would NOT refund my money..or give me credit for the time not using the internet (no computer/no internet) and the "lady" there was very hostile to me. She even told me to go see a lawyer!Amount involved was over $100.00 Everdina Butler
