      We're ready to serve YOU! Dean Burns opened the first Captain Clean facility in 1973 in Stockport, Iowa. His son, Rod Burns, opened a second facility in Ottumwa, Iowa, in 1994. Captain Clean serves all of Southeast Iowa and is certified by the Institute of Inspections, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification. Captain Clean is also a member of the Restoration Industry Association. Our Business Is FAMILY-OWNED We are not part of a franchise and we pride ourselves in providing each customer with high-quality service in a caring and respectful manner. Our employees understand the importance of doing the job right the first time and keeping customer satisfaction their Number One priority.
