Sullivan Building & Design Group, a 2nd generation Bucks County home builder, is dedicated to providing homeowners with superior craftsmanship and quality, which have contributed to the fine reputation we've earned within the community. Our goal of "complete satisfaction without compromise" has developed through our dedication to our homeowners, the integrity of our work, and attention to details. As a Bucks County builder, particular attention is given to our commitment to maintaining the architectural integrity of historic and period homes, whose details deserve to be preserved. We maintain a hands-on approach to all our projects through the design process and coordinate all subcontracted tradesmen (plumbers, electricians, etc.) assuring that the final product exceeds expectations. The Millwork Division of Sullivan Building & Design Group, also in Bucks County, is a truly custom millwork shop. Our skilled craftsmen maintain the finest quality of workmanship in all of our projects. We produce a wide variety of custom wood specialties from designs developed by Sullivan Building & Design or your designer. Our craftsmen build custom kitchen cabinets, interior and exterior doors, dining tables, hutches, fine furniture, book-matched table slabs and custom millwork to match any period or decor. We use various wood species including Oak, Cherry, Pine, Walnut, Hickory, Maple, Birds Eye Maple, Curly Maple and Paint Grade Poplar and MDF.
