Stay away from Liberty Propane. Take your time and research other local companies and you will see that their pricing is much higher than you need to pay. You can save hundreds on each tank fill if you do this. They will trespass and leave damage on your property when you don't give them permission to be there. There are many better alternatives out there than Liberty Propane of Ottsville, PA.
I've been with these guys for about 5 years. I'm a will call customer. I've let myself run out a couple times , forgetting to shut off pool heater. They have come out same day I've called. No charge, even on sat. Driver was pleasant and happy to help me however he could. Great group of people to deal with.

This company has HORRIBLE customer service. I called them because i thought i had a possible gas leak, and first of all , the lady on the phone, didnt seem to give a crap about anything i was saying. and then she told me that someone would call to schedule an appt and that never happened. Then randomly, like 3 months after that, i get this weird, mumbled voicemail from liberty propane, thats about the only word i could make out. NO clue what they wanted. I would not willingly use this company. no way.
We have worked with this company for five years. This past year the customer service has been terrible. They failed to check the tank and our tank went to empty. We called and they refilled. We have called them for the last four days and every day they say they are coming and they have yet to come. They do not answer the emergency line. We have friends who have worked with multiple other companies in the area and they have never experienced the customer service that we have nor have they ever run out of gas. Very disappointed and highly unprofessional.
