SAFARI Circuits is a turnkey electronics manufacturer located in Ostego Mich., with a nationwide customer base. The company adheres to IPC standards and provides customers with manufacturing for hole circuit boards, surface mount circuit boards and combinations of the two. It manufactures more than 70,000 circuit board assemblies each mont. SAFARI Circuits also offers comprehensive final product assembly services. Through-hole technology includes automated component insertion, hand assembly for large mass components, wave soldering, secondary operations ICT and/or functional testing and final packaging and shipping. Surface mount technology consists of screen print and paste bare PCBAs, component placement, solder using reflow oven, component placement and nomenclature verification using automated optical inspection, ICT and/or functional testing, final quality assurance and packaging and shipping.
