      Beware, Many friends and family have had problems with this company, I.E. bring 2 pigs in and leave with 1 1/2 worth of meat. If you do call them out they will miraculously "find" the meat tucked away in their cooler. My advice is find a local that doesn't sell any meat, just performs the service of slaughtering the animal.

      they do a wonderful job but there is a long wait....its september now and they are booking for january
