      Need to Learn Customer Service

      Every year, for 20 years, we take our mower and snowblower in for tune-ups. Every year there is "something" wrong with one or the other to the tune of $150. Also, after20 years, they do not know us or even recognize our name. This is a small company in a small town. They are not people oriented at all.
