Terrible experience ! She kept my furniture five months and kept changing the price from the estimate she had given me. Once she has your furniture you're stuck. Stay away from this business!!!

BE WARNED this businessperson is nothing but a decent technician. She was three weeks late with my order and was a no-show for several scheduled deliveries (no apology). We called and sometimes got an answering service (rarely a call back). Other times the phone rang endlessly. After pursuit via the phone, we finally got our delivery. They damaged our walls AND claimed we owed more money than we agreed to for work we DID NOT REQUEST! When I pointed out that they had damaged our walls, that we had to help with the delivery (she does not have real delivery men, rather random folks who lift furniture) and that we were stood up several times, she wasnt concerned. This person has no conscience and very poor organizational/business skills. She will continue to get business because people are unaware of her callousness towards customer's needs and her lack of respect for their time & money. Deal with this business once and youll, unfortunately, learn by default. I would not recommend them.
