We have used them more than once. They are always helpful, and very professional. In addition to fixing the problems with our computers, they have always provided guidance on ways to make our systems operate more efficiently. Very reasonably priced and exceeded our expectations.

Mustaffa, owner/operator rocks! Have taken my crappy Dell laptop 1501 Inspirion Notebook (NEVER BUY DELL!!!!) several times and he tweaked something small and didn't even charge me. This time he installed 1GB(Dell never called to help me install, which was promised at time of purchase) and fully explained Flash-drive, installed it, and gave expert advice on use and purpose, which is more than the DELL SUPERVISOR, who sold it to me, and never called to help me install it, could do. Dell also misrepresented use of flash-drive. I called in the morning, dropped the PC off for an hour, went to my appointment and everything was ready and done as promised! I have a hardware contract with Dell, but I didn't want to send my computer away for 10 days, so the $15.00 (fifteen dollars was) WELL SPENT HERE! When can you ever pay a knowledgable professional $15.00 and get a job well done? Hats off to this local gem, with great service and very reasonable pices. I heart Bits & PCS. Susan from Montrose
