I was employed there and was very unhappy and so were my fellow co-workers. The CEO Darcy V. is a bully boss and demeans and fires and lies about anyone (to the owners. The owners are terrific Catholics.) she does not like in an attempt to get them fired.



This business puts the company politics and their friends before their consumers (the mentally and psychically disabled). If a leader is supposed to encourage, train, and equip and foster a friendly and professional work environment. Seek Home Inc. does not have this. I would NEVER recommend anyone send their mentally/physically handicapped loved one to this business nor get a job here. This business cannot keep employees long enough to establish relationships with their clients because Darcy V. lies and demeans and bullies employees into firing them or leading them to quit. I hate to see what the clients experience when she "takes care of them" (she never does, she sits around and smokes). The only time I would recommend this company is if she is gone from it. Until then, which is no time soon (God Help us....) is a bad business.



Again; please don't send your autistic or mentally handicapable loved one to this place.
