I rate Dr. Ridenour a 5 but the office staff a 3. I thought Dr. And his assistants were excellent while I had two teeth removed. They made me feel comfortable and always asked if I was okay during the procedure. The office staff leaves a lot to be desired though. I felt I was treated like a number instead of a patient. The girls were not companionate, comforting or caring and were just all bisiness-like each time I visited the office. Not personable at all and didn't even noticed when I was leaving! I was referred to Dr. Ridenour by Dr. Hanneman for this procedure. The staff at Dr. Hanneman's office are all so nice and truly care about me and I feel that each time I visit. Not pleased by the customer service skills at WOS. Dr. Ridenour is very, very nice and did an excellent job with me.
