Worst customer service I've ever encountered. I'm new to this city and I needed a cab to get me to my night shift. I called and as I was talking the dispatcher or driver I was talking to was cutting me off and being condescending. I had the phone on speaker and this man was so rude to me on the phone that another person sitting next to me said out loud that he needs to stop the disrespect. Well the driver didn't like that and hung up on me. NEVER AGAIN will I call this taxi service. At least there's other taxi companies in the area. The other taxi service I called was 10 times better. A woman answered the phone and she was patient and respectful towards me. The driver showed up right on time and took me straight to my destination. (920) 350 -8886

I would actually give them a zero rating I wouldn't ride with this Cab Company. Driver smokes in his van and takes prescription medications from his clients. I also believe taking cab customers to their destinations on your day off would be a conflict of interest as far as the company would be concerned if they knew about it He also talks about his clients and said some very nasty things about them. The female dispatcher is his niece they do not run the company but the personality is the same

I work for a medical office and called for a client. Was told a cab would be with in a 1/2 hour. After 40 min, client came back stating they had not been here yet. Our office called again and was greeted very rudely. The worker stated " that he told me earlier that it would be with in 1/2 hour..... could be 3 min or 30min, he has no control". This is not a new issue. People are always rude on the phone. EVERY SINGLE time we call for a client, there is always an issue and a 2nd or 3rd call is almost always necessary. POOR SERVICE!

I am a supervisor at a hotel in Oshkosh and I often have guests who requests cabs. Unfortunately I recently had a group of guests who were not at all satisfied with the service they received. The cab that showed up was not at all adequate in size to accommodate the number of people they had which was specified on the phone before the cab arrived. Also the driver was very rude and ignored the address and directions of our guest and dropped them off 4 blocks from their destination. I think that's appalling especially with all the business they receive from my company.

Driver was funny and nice- however- my credit card was charged twice and I have called 3 times to get this figured out with no results still...appears management hopes people will give up and take the hit...wonder how many others have had this happen. Poor customer service by management as well-

this is a long-standing family run company.does a great service to the community

Oshkosh really only has one Cab/Taxi company, but they list at least three different numbers under different company names, and when my friend dialed each of them to compare rates, the woman on the phone was very rude to her in explaining this. Then, when I called for a cab to come get us, she said "I will send one right out". 15 minutes later, my friend called to ask how much longer, and the woman said "I told her it would be 15-20 minutes and it's only been 12". She was VERY rude, and we ended up walking because we didn't want to give them our business. In other experiences with them, they were usually 30 minutes late. I am NOT impressed, it doesn't even deserve one star.
