Brought a Honda generator in for repair. Had it fixed the same day. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were fair. Excellent selection in the hardware store too.

Most people only write reviews when they have a negative experience. Every time I go into Kitz and Pfeil, there is always someone to ask if I need help, and provides knowledgeable advice to aid me. Thank you for rising above the big fix stores to deliver superior service at a reasonable price!

Their policies and charges were never fully explained to me and I paid WAY more then I expected and would have ever agreed to.
