have lived in Shadow Creek apartments for almost 18 months. i was told when i gave them my security deposit, i was told that they would need 30 days yet, so the apartment could be painted...not so..i have kept up on them (on and off)until they agreed to have it painted. but on the day it to happen, they canceled the appoiontment, due to that i wanted the painters to move my furniture.(i live by myself)also on a very windy rainy night, i was sitting in my living room and could hear rain drops...it was raining on the inside of patio doors, from the top. i ended up with a wet 4 foot x 3 foot wet spot. they came once to cut the carpet in front of the doors to see the padding..they cut right next to the frame, all you could see was the tack strip...asked them over and over (thru texting, cuz they say they never got the phone calls)..adn now they arent fixing that either....they told me to just move...

Menasha - Wittmann Park Apartments They are rude and invade tennants privacy by posting personal information on the apartment doors. Also take forever to fix anything and then leave the mess for you to clean up. And advertise it as sound proof and you hear every little cough & sneeze. Look for something else unless you like having every person in your building know your personal and private business.
