Emmeline Cook Elementary is a learning center that is governed by the Oshkosh Area School District, which serves more than 10,000 students through various elementary, middle and high schools. The school enrolls students in kindergarten through grade five. It provides a variety of general academic programs and conducts classes for students with learning disabilities. Emmeline Cook Elementary s staff includes guidance counselors, psychologists, nurses, and speech and language therapists.
