The worst place I ever had work on a ring. I had a gold band from my mother engraved they did a horriable job. They promised to fix it &refund my money. I called them for months no one returned my call. This is a horriable way to run a business. I will never go there again for anything.

I was very disappointed with their customer service, they were uneducated and not helpful. The ring I had engraved was unledgeable and very small. I did not have font or size chioices and I will not be going back anytime soon. I called to tell them I was disappointed and I never got a response back.

TERRIBLE. My ring was 2 weeks late, it then broke IN HALF in less than 2 weeks. They wouldn't do anything unless we paid to get it fixed! Don't waste your time or money

Favorite jeweler! I cant think of a single moment i was in that store i would consider unpleasant. I would definitely recommend them to everyone i know!
