i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended I visited Hingles and Handles because of the commercial I saw on TV. I just spent 60K on a kitchen and needed special hardware. After I entered the store I looked for someone to assist. The person who offered assistance was rude. She was visibly annoyed with my lack of knowledge about hardware. When I tried to specify what I was looking for she very hastily, and almost angrily, pointed out the selections. In fact, she twice offensively complained at length to another individual working there about my request and my lack of knowledge, within my hearing. Upon hearing the insulting words and aggressive tone she took to describe me and my request I left the store. This was so very disappointing. I went very far out of my way to get to this shop and to avoid the big stores. It was an insulting experience.

Handle on my 40 yr old buffet broke - it was unusual size, design and finish. Luckily, I found this company!! Faxed me photos of similar handles that day and filled and shipped the order faster than I ever expected!! Buffet looks better than ever!! Great quality of product and wonderful customer service!! Thank you, Gina, as well as the others that helped me!!
