Called to inquire about moving out of state. The person that answered the phone asked 'where to' and 'when', then abruptly said I"ll have to call you back and hung up without another word. Classy! It's been several hours and I can only assume there is no callback coming.

I highly recommend Bagnell moving and Storage because of the professional service I received. Four strong young men showed up at our condo and on time. They took extreme care with my furniture, wrapping it and taking it up 3 levels to their huge moving van. They even wrapped all the railing on the way with the heavy moving pads which I think was brilliant. Once to our new home they laid the moving pads on my floors because I expressed concern since our driveway had not been poured and it was rainy and damp and I was afraid the gravel would come in on their shoes and really mess up the brand new wood floor. They were all very respectful and professional. I rarely write reviews or complain about anything. The service was just that remarkable. I can't help but pass this on.
