Initial contact was April 15 via text no contact back. Texted again April 17th, response back was I would get a call back end of the following week. In turn I made 4 additional calls with the same promise that I will get a call back, no call. I located owner of record on the Mo Sec. of State website, Rob Jones. Called May 16th got Rob on the phone, asked if they were taking on new business, Rob’s angry. I explained it was a sincere question and went into the details of my attempts to contact them. Doesn’t matter Rob’s pissed, so I ended the conversation and called another company that was more than willing to help me.
