Went in for an alignment was told car needed new wheel bearings. Took car home and installed new wheel bearings and went back for alignment. Mechanic tampered with and destroyed new wheel bearings and said they needed $384.00 to put new wheel bearings on car. I drove in with new bearings, car handled fine and drove away with clunking and shaking car due to Bob Sumerel's mechanic deliberately used impact wrench and torqued bearings with the intent to destroy and damage front suspension thus charging me many hundreds of dollars to replace. They are an auto repair scam. The bearings cost less then twenty dollars at any automotive part store and a few minutes to replace.

Very dissatisfied with there employees and customer service. The guys who run the front desk are all very unhelpful unprofessional and are all very rude. I will never return and will never refer ANYONE to do business with them.
