I would give 5 NEGATIVE stars if allowed. Completely Fail, took a classic Cougar to him 3 YEARS ago and gave $3K up front, car has hardly been touched. Always next week, next month, blah blah. Ralph doesn't have clue what to with this vehicle. Gave him a new built 428 with warranty, a built C6 with warranty, all tested and guaranteed, he managed to mount the engine and trans but not finish in 3 years. Now he refuses to give the vehicle back to me OR finish the job, always "next week I'll be done". Don't believe him! I am headed to an attorney.
