      I visited Staples in Oroville to purchase a wifi adapter for my laptop. The fabulous employee, IT tech, Cou, was able to activate my built-in wifi when I had given up. He was professional, polite, and friendly. Even though fixing my wifi meant 'loosing' the sale, he was still fabulous! Awesome store, awesome employees!!!
