This business owner is horrible to deal with. He really lacks the service required to be a good business man. His treatment of the customers and his unethical business practices will surely end him. My equipment took way to long to get repaired and if you ask any kind of questions, he treats you very rudely. I will not use this business again and do not recommend purchasing anything from them. Go to Home Depot first, you will get better service.

they took 3 mouths to fix my lawn mower and did not fix it all the way and at the same time they had my weed eater and never fix it . wood not ever go back even if I had to drive to sacromento. please be aware

The owner of this shop. Is a lier and a thief. I took a chain saw in for a service. 40 days later he said he took it apart...... to look at it.... I had to pay him 65 dollars to get it back..... with no service and now it is missing parts.... never take your tools to this shop...

I took my Ryobi pressure washer into these folks to get repaired for warranty work, I was told it would take 6 weeks for repair. I called in 2 months later (8-27-16) to get the status of my pressure washer and if it was ready for pick up.
I was informed that MY PRESSURE WASHER WAS STOLEN FROM HIS BUSINESS, THE OWNER FAILED TO CALL AND TELL ME any of this information.
Darin the owner told me that his insurance rejected the claim and that his business was not responsible for replacing the unit that I trusted to him for service.
When I told the owner it was his responsibility to replace and I felt the media needed to know how customers were being treated I WAS TOLD TO GO F*** MYSELF AND THEN HUNG UP ON.
Absolutely horrid store and experience, wants to stick their customers with the replacement bill for equipment.
In my opinion this business cannot close their doors fast enough.

Dropped off the lawn mower on 3/21/16. It is now 2nd week of May and STILL no mower. I keep getting told they are waiting for a part to come in. I want to find out what part they are waiting for, go to HomeDepot and deliver it to them, just to speed things up. I've had to 'mow' my lawn (1/3 of an acre), 2x now with the weedeater and its a back breaker. Never going to this place again!

Incredible service, and it is unbelievable how little that they charge for labor and can still make a living in small-engine repair! I inherited a Bolens tractor and DR Powerwagon that had sat for decades without use. They each needed the fuel systems, electrical, bearings, and controls rebuilt. One was completed for $100 and the other for $300.



I just wish that they would work on chain-saws as well!!!



They are welcome at my camp-fire anytime.

I gotta be honest, i wasnt sure oroville would ever have a decent power equipment repair shop, since L&L power went out of business I was looking at driving to Chico to get my stuff worked on. But then this little family run place called air cooled unlimited moved into the old L&L building and I tried them out. WOW!!! Nice decent people with lots of knowledge and big old smiles! Turns out they have been in this town for almost 10 years but they were tucked back in a little building on lower wyandotte, I didnt even know they were in this town until they moved into the old L&L spot. Really nice people, good service and good prices. Thank you AIR COOLED UNLIMITED!!!
