      I highly recommend this blood collection. My first donation in decades; DIRECT DONATION for my son's upcoming surgery. They were prompt, friendly, CAREFUL, and generally knew what they were doing. My apprehension faded almost immediately. Painless, Careful, and short time needed for Whole blood.
