The Orleans Waterfront Inn, located in Orleans, Mass., offers dining and luxury living facilities to guests. The inn offers custom decorated rooms that feature new furniture and custom bedding accented by floral quilts. Guests can choose from standard rooms or waterfront suites with a view of the town cove. Waterfront suites offer pull-out sofas, private fireplaces, televisions with video cassette or digital video players, and dining areas. All the rooms have private full baths, air conditioning, telephones with fax modem capabilities, cable television, refrigerator and iron. Guests are offered a complementary breakfast each morning that can be had in the dining room or on the waterfront deck. They are also given access to a kitchenette with a toaster oven and microwave.
