Orleans Elementary School provides academic instruction to students in kindergarten through grade six. The school teaches math, science, social studies, health, technology, art, physical education, music, English, language arts and computer applications. It has a staff of regular classroom teachers, licensed nurses, social workers and speech-language pathologists. Orleans Elementary School has a library media center that offers a collection of business and company databases, magazines, journals, newspapers and online research links for additional resources. In addition, the school offers an accelerated reader program that helps in improving the reading skills of students. Orleans Elementary School is a part of the Orleans Community School Corporation and is located in Orleans, Ind.
