- Private yoga and group instruction in OUR beautiful studio or we come to you. In the studio. We host a variety of yoga classes and ALL are designed for multiple fitness levels. Classes are geared towards. Stretching. Strengthening or a BIT of both. When NOT in session. We work with private clients which include professional athletes. People recovering from injury. Weight loss. Stress reduction. General fitness and more. In addition to power VINYASA yoga and YIN we offer rooftop classes for the Yogi that loves the outdoors and thai yoga massage. If YOU like to MIX it UP. We offer dance. ZUMBA. BOOTCAMP. Hiit and foam rolling.

- We are located on the ground floor of the beautiful 420 E Apartment building. Located next to Snap Downtown just a few blocks away from Lake Eola. There is meter parking around the block that takes credit cards, is free before 8 AM, after 6 PM and all day Sunday. The building offers free parking in the garage on Mariposa or the gravel lot across the street.
