Shannon,at full Throttle, is amazing. He made sure I understood what was wrong and hat my options where. Others shops just tell you what the price is.

This mechanic reviewed my car and found a couple of things that were covered under warranty, so suggested we go to get these things taken care of for free at the dealer, when we didn't even know we had warranty left or ask about it. We also asked him to look at our rear breaks because we heard squealing. My husband was sure they needed to be replaced b/c he couldn't do them and he had to replace the front brakes already. The mechanic said we didn't need them but 'desqueaked' it for us. He also noticed a light that went out that lit up the A/C buttons and fixed this for us as well. In my opinion, he could have made dishonest money off of us without us knowing, but he didn't. I would definitely go back.
