I had the worst experience today, renting a trailer, I always rent trucks or trailers on the store at Kirkman rd and old winter garden, they are great! but today they did not have the trailer i wanted so they sent me to the store at orange blossom trail and sand lake rd, the manager is a jerk, arrogant and rude. it seemed that i was asking for a favor, not a paying customer. There was another customer mad with him when i got there and she said to not do any business with them, i had not option because today was my dead line. I assume he is the general manager, but he said he is the owner operator, the jerk’s name is Jesse Ashdown. for sure you will NEVER see me in one of you store again.
