Multiple issues. Unprofessional. NOT recommended! My bookkeeping is relatively simple with few transactions to enter, yet Susan made multiple errors and did not communicate well. For example, despite having only one payroll transaction a year, my payroll liabilities were still off. I emailed her multiple times to correct this so I could get my taxes filed, but with no response for a week. When I called her, she promised to fix it (hooray!). Instead, she made changes to an old outdated file from the previous month and ignored (or overlooked) the second issue I emailed about entirely. When I explained I was becoming frustrated and asked her to please update the correct file or if that was an issue, to simply provide me more specific instructions on exactly how I could enter the transaction, she amazingly refused to do either! Would the instructions have taken more than ten minutes of time? Instead, Susan emailed me and said "I no longer have a need to offer services you or your firms." My mistake mistake for paying her before the job was done. I would highly recommend you avoid Susan Sackett Consulting. In addition, she calls herself the "Quickbooks Girl," but both years I used her services, she billed me for time calling Quickbooks support just to open the Quickbooks file.
