Here at Stormwater Compliance Group LLC we make it our job to see that your pond is in top operating condition. That could mean removing existing trees/shrubs from inside/around the pond, building up/down sediment, and/or dredging the water body to remove excess growth/waste. No matter what the job, we follow the FDEP code for stormwater retention/detention ponds maintenance and rebuilds to assure a satisfactory outcome for both the owner as well as the state.
