Worst transportation to Disney parks The transport service to the park is the worst of all the ones I have ever been on. Considering we live in the US as a society we are supposed to have better service. However, you are treated better in Mexico park/bus services than how we were treated by STS TRANSPORTATION. We arrived 15 min before the bus was supposed to be there. The bus driver did not allow us to get on the bus because we didn't have a reservation, there were three families there counting ours and he didn't allow us to get on the bus but allowed the other two families. There was still a lot of space for our family of 8 to get on the bus but the driver still didn't let us in. They are able to leave you abandoned in the park with small children without the slightest remorse even having space on the bus. Hotel was great but the transportation was worst than a third world country.
