I think I have had around 5 different web host in the last 3 years. Server Intellect will be my 6th and final one. The other 5 were rubbish and never had any time to answer questions or help me with issues. Server Intellect has been the first company that has given me some hand holding and really helped me. Even the when the technicians talk to you they don't talk down to you and really want to help. 5 stars for this company.

Server Intellect is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with a hosting company. They went beyond the normal scope to help and assist me putting up a new website.
