- Primary CarePatients are accepted into our program by direct referral(s) from within the medical community, such as primary care physicians, orthopedists, neurosurgeons, chiropractors, etc, or as patients not presently under the care of a physician. An appropriate treatment plan is devised that will best benefit the particular pain problem. If further workup as to the cause of the problem is needed, it will be arranged on an outpatient basis.

- RadiologyWhen you get services from an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, certain providers there may be out-of-network. In these cases, the most those providers can bill you is your plan's in-network cost-sharing amount. This applies to emergency medicine, anesthesia, pathology, radiology, laboratory, neonatology, assistant surgeon, hospitalist, or intensivist services. These providers can't balance bill you and may not ask you to give up your protections not to be balance billed.

- OtolaryngologySurgeons may perform a number of surgeries involving the ears, nose and throat. Common otolaryngological procedures include removal of tonsils, removal of adenoids, septoplasty, and endoscopic sinus surgery.
- LaparoscopyA variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures specifically for women can be performed as SSO. Included are D and C, removal of cysts and lesions, laser laparoscopy, tubal ligation and hysterosalpingogram.
- Cosmetic SurgeryPatients who are not eligible to receive services paid for by insurance or other third party payment sources may be eligible to receive an uninsured discount from our facility. This discount does not apply for cosmetic surgery services as defined by our facility. The discount is a set percentage off of charges, subject to annual changes, and is similar to our center’s managed care discounts. Certain implants, drugs and high cost supplies may be separately discounted. At the time of service, patients will be asked to make payment in full. If a patient’s services are subsequently found to be covered by insurance or other third party payment source, the uninsured discount may be disallowed.
