This place is INCREDIBLE. Outstanding service, employees, dining, rates, rooms, everything

As you travel down the exciting entertainment strip of International Drive you see a very glamorous looking building our hopes were high. The people were courteous at check in. Everything goes downhill. We enter Our 2 bed apartment is nothing to write home about. The first thing you see is the bathroom sink which is outside of the bathroom and there's no shower, only a tub. What was worse we looked at the tub and it was dirty with a grey ring around and on the bottom. We called the concierge, they offered another room, but my wife checked it first and the bathtub was even more gross so we stayed. Sometime later, a man came to clean the tub, and he quickly left without asking my wife to check his work. It was still dirty and he left hair behind. After a second call to the front desk he came back with a bad attitude. He turned out to be a manager. My wife was so disgusted that she told him to give her the cleaning supplies and she'll clean the tub herself. Also, we found gross stains on the curtains, smudges of dirt on the pillows, and the bottom of our kids socks were black from the dirty carpets. Do not stay here!!!
