I like that they sent the same person that installed my water tank.
Jose A. figured out the issue immediately. It had nothing to do with the water tank, but now I know what it is and can move forward. Jose was very personable and he even asked about my elderly dog --from a first and only visit 5 months ago!

Extremely Professional service. The technician took the time to explain their company policies, costs, options, and there was no pressure to buy or fix anything. He gave me a few options and also the option of doing nothing and being charged only for the diagnostic/visit. I was so impressed by the quality of service. Andre was very polite and did a great job at fixing the 5 different leaks that I had along with my faucet and food processor that were also leaking. I strongly recommend their service.

Tonight we had a backflow problem in our home and we called Rainaldi. A Service Technician by the name of Eric Hernandez came out to our home immediately to assess the situation and provide us step-by-step instructions as to what may be causing the problem. Sure enough Eric got to work and resolve the situation. Eric did an outstanding job he was curious, professional and very knowledgeable in his line of work.
