The staff incorrectly made the pizza order then proceeded to blame the guest saying it was my fault the order was incorrect even though the special request was clearly written on the receipt they provided me. These two associates were the rudest employees I've ever encountered and I'm very upset with the lack of service.

Attention: Brad;Francine, who took my order just now from teh Kirkman Pizza Hut, has such an energetic and happy voice. Her demeanor is great and has what you would call a great customer care approach to her job. She should be promoted - it is so nice to hear a welcoming and happy voice! Thank you Pizza Hut.
