Established in 1984, LA Fitness International, LLC is a sports club chain in the United States with more than 350 locations in 22 states and Canada. Based in Orlando, Fla., it offers classes in various categories, such as aerobic basics, aqua fit, belly dancing, body works plus abs, boot camp conditioning, cardio jam and mat pilates, to name a few. In addition, it offers basketball leagues, racquetball tournaments as well as competitive activities throughout the year.
