Jardon and Howard Technologies (JHT) was established in 1990 as a Hispanic-owned, small disadvantaged business. JHT began operations by providing government clients with interactive courseware and computer-based training. Since then, JHT has added offices in Pensacola, Fla., Kennedy Space Center, Fla., and California, Md. The addition of new offices has contributed to the other lines of business, such as government outsourcing, program management and construction. JHT's employee base has grown from 80 to more than 600 professionals specializing in graphic design, instructional design, programming and program management. Jardon and Howard Technologies is headquartered in Orlando, Fla.
