Tom explained exactly what the problem, how to fix it, and gave me the price before so I could decide whether to have it fixed. I did! Runs like a charm now. Also, Eddie cleaned my cart, and touched up the paint on the dashboard - I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting that. My cart has never been cleaner. That was a nice, personal touch.
