I just read all the google reviews and saw that other people have had the same problem that I am experiencing. I am part of the wedding party and the store insisted that they had to order me a size way too big. The store insisted that the bride had to place her order immediately or they would not get the dresses in time. I wanted to go to the store to get measured but they insisted there wasn't time. The bride told them there was no way I would take the size they wanted to order that I was much smaller - so they ordered an even bigger size!! I think they do this so you will have to pay extra for the alterations. I called yesterday and asked them to exchange my dress for a smaller size and I even offered to pay the shipping for the old dress to be sent back to the company they buy it from and the new dress to be sent to me. I normally wear a size 6 petite and they ordered me a 14. They said they could alter it for a fee. This is how they make a lot of extra money.

In December 2012, I was serviced by Fashions & Flowers Inc for my wedding. The services they provided me were two junior bridesmaids gowns, my reception bridal gown, and flowers for my entire bridal party. This was my first time using this company although I was told by my mother how long they have been in service so I trusted that I would receive a great service. I did not have a problem with my bridal gown nor my junior bridesmaids gowns but I DID have a problem with my bridal party bouquets, my boutonnieres and my very OWN bridal bouquets.The bridal party bouquet was dull and sprayed with water to cover up how old they were. I had at least 7 meetings with the florist, VILMA,but she still seemed to get the colors & type of flowers wrong.I am completely disappointed and disgusted by the service I was given. It was a company that I felt was up to par and I trusted for a very special day. Please all who read this, DO NOT use this company for any service.
